Rule 54
Real Estate Cost

(1) Every office shall keep the records of the government real estate where the office is located and the government real estate under the office in the format prescribed by the office of the Auditor General. Such real estate has been registered in the land office in the name of the district administration office or any other office and the proof of ownership of the land has been obtained or not. If the registration and proof of ownership of the land is not ready, it will have to be registered in the name of the office according to the prevailing law.
(2) The details of the real estate held in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be sent to the district administration office, taluk department, ministry and the relevant office of the controller of funds and accounts.
